Common questions.
Do I need to provide professional photos?
No. Phone photos, old Instagram posts, Google listing photos — we work with whatever you have. The better your photos, the better the output, but we can make a lot from very little.
How many reels do I actually get?
Basic gives you one post every day — 30 reels per month. Standard adds static posts on top. Standard adds 30 static posts on top. Full Service adds fresh footage from a monthly visit.
Do I need to give you access to my Instagram?
No. We deliver finished content directly to you and you post it yourself. If you want us to schedule and post on your behalf, that's available on Standard and above.
Can you come to our restaurant to shoot?
Yes — on the Full Service plan, an on-site shoot is included every month. For Basic and Standard we work with existing photos, but you can always send us new ones any time.
What kinds of venues do you work with?
